I’m Yaritza,a trauma‑informed intuitive guide and energy healing therapist. As a highly sensitive person and empath, I understand how painful it can feel to be misunderstood… to be told you’re "too much,""too emotional," or "too sensitive,”… or to grow up as the “black sheep” in your family.
For years, I was conditioned to silence my emotions and believe my sensitivity was a weakness or an inconvenience that needed to be fixed. I began to identify with suffering and the wounded parts of me, which resulted in shrinking my light and carrying shame and unworthiness.
